Delivery timescales depend on many factors, including the choices you make during checkout for delivery method.
The location of the retailer and the estimated delivery timescale is displayed when you click on the “Delivery” section on the product page.
Standard domestic delivery – where the retailer country and the delivery country are the same, takes approximately 2-5 days from dispatch. Typically the standard delivery option doesn’t provide tracking or a proof of delivery service.
Standard international delivery – where the retailer country and the delivery country are not the same, takes approximately 5-14 business days from dispatch. Typically the standard delivery option doesn’t provide tracking or a proof of delivery service.
Express domestic delivery – where the retailer country and the delivery country are the same), takes approximately 1-2 business days from dispatch. Typically the express delivery options provide a tracking and proof of delivery service.
Express international delivery – where the retailer country and the delivery country are not the same, takes approximately 3-7 business days from dispatch. Typically the express delivery options provide a tracking and proof of delivery service.
A signature may be required on receipt.
Where different delivery options are available, you’ll be able to make your selection during the checkout process. We are a marketplace and as such the options may differ for items in your basket.
Please note: as with any delivery service, timescales are estimates, cannot be guaranteed and don’t include customs clearing times beyond our control. Specifically for deliveries to South Africa, please allow additional time due to delays with the South African customs and postal service.
